What is your lead time?

On in stock products we strive to ship in no more than 7 business days from order?

On non stock panels such as tfl, hpl or custom veneers, lead time will increase to 2-4 weeks depending on availability.  


What are the options for finished ends?

If you want a custom laminate applied to the panels for your finished ends this can be done upon request.  If you wish to just have applied ends use a banded slab door and put in comments ‘applied end panel’. The great thing about lockdowel is all ends are effectively a finished end because there is no holes or milling on the outside of the panels.


Why is shipping not on my bid?

We are actively working on implementing shipping into the quote process.  At this time we have to bid it per job. Shipping to a commercial address will reduce the shipping costs considerably.


Is functional hardware included?

By default we only provide cabinet box components.  We do not provide the drawer glides, hinges, plates, pulls and other hardware.  If you do not have access to these items we will happily sell them but it is not included in the standard kit order.  


Do you sell functional hardware?

Lockdowel undermount and side mount soft close drawer slides are a standard stocked item.  All other brands and hardware items are available but not necessarily in stock. Lockdowel drawer slides are included in the price when selected as you glide drilling method.  All other options are for BORING only NO glide will be included.


What kind of drawers do you offer?

Currently, we offer drawer parts for Blum metabox, and a melamine Lockdowel drawer box.  Metabox drawers include the bottom and banded back panel in ⅝ white melamine.


How are the bottoms of the upper cabinets finished?

They are finished with edgebanding matching the box interior selection by default.  If you want finished bottoms in a specified laminate please add to the comment section.  This will add to the lead time for getting a custom laid up panel.


Do you offer credit?

At this time we do not offer credit and jobs must be paid prior to milling.  That is subject to change in the future.


What happens if there is a damaged parts?

Unfortunately with shipping anything there can be damage from time to time.  That said, when you receive a load it is the customers’ responsibility to inspect the load.  If there is damage you must not it on the shipping ticket with the driver. Do not sign for the load until you have inspected the load and verified there is no shipping damage.  If there is just ask the driver how they handle damage and make sure a claim is started. If you sign for the load without inspecting you are taking responsibility for the load as-is.  


Who do we sell too?

We are primarily a wholesaler that provides flat packed cabinets box components B2B.


Do you sell cabinet doors?

Currently on our online ordering we sell a slab edgebanded door only.  


Do you drop ship?

Yes that is not a problem.  In your order make sure to put the full shipping address so we can get you an accurate quote.


How do I place an order/bid?

 Click the order now button on the website and login/setup an account and just start clicking.  Select the cabinet(s) you would like and save it when you are finished. If you wish to turn a bid into an order just click the order number from your dashboard and click save as order.   We will then verify the order, add shipping and you are set.


What if I want a custom material?

Build your bid with the cabinets you want.  Select custom for the banding and finished ends.  In the comment line or the notes section list out the spec for the material you need and we will get you a quote based on availability.
